Software Release – New Updates and Features for Your Showing Suite Account
We have recently added new features and made more improvements to your Showing Suite account. In this latest round of updates, we have added a new toggle feature for all of your Feedback Request and Default Email settings to allow you to switch between sending out “HTML” or “text-only” emails at any time. Additionally, we have made significant usability and interface enhancements, making your Showing Suite account and emails more organized and user friendly.

Bug fixes for stability and faster page loading across your account pages.
All emails in the system now have the ability to have their type of email changed from “HTML” to “text-only”, and vice versa, via a toggle on all default emails.
The Feedback section “View/Edit Feedback Settings” has been re-organized to show the feedback emails at the top, and will only show the relevant Feedback Request emails sent out to agents.
The Default Feedback Emails can be changed to show “HTML” or “Text Only” on each email individually.
The listing information section design for HTML emails has undergone a facelift to make it easier for agents to identify your listings.
More emails now include the listing information section in their emails, such as showing confirmation emails, and other showing agent emails.
The footer of all Showing Suite HTML emails has undergone a much needed facelift, and provides direct links to download our applications for yourself, and is much more confined.
The Listing Sync process now runs twice daily, around every 12 hours, allowing more times for your Showing Suite listings to sync from your MLS, depending on when we receive your listing data from your data provider.
Those that are utilizing our automated Listing Sync: The Listing Sync process will now automatically place your listings as “Off the Market” if the listing does not appear in an active feed for 72 hours, allowing your Showing Suite listings in your account to be better organized.
