Rick Bengson
CEO & Founder
Bengson is one of two real estate masterminds behind Showing Suite, Inc. and brings more than 24 years of industry experience to the company. Prior to starting Showing Suite, Bengson was president of RealPro Real Estate Consultants, Inc. where he specialized in residential real estate sales and real estate development throughout San Diego County. He has sold more than 800 homes throughout San Diego County.
Bengson has also worked as a general contractor and custom home builder. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University and attended Thomas Jefferson Law School.
Alan Shafran
President
Co-founder of Showing Suite, Inc., Shafran brings more than 19 years of real estate experience to the company. Shafran expertise includes relocation sales, estate sales, and sales to first time buyers to the company. In terms of home sales, he ranks among the top 1 percent of the nation’s real estate professionals. Shafran also currently heads The Alan Shafran Group, a team of top Prudential agents in San Diego.
Prior to Showing Suite, Shafran worked for investment company, PaineWebber where he gained a strong financial background by managing $80 million in assets.
