Real Estate Listing Presentation Software
There is no commission for coming in second place on a real estate listing presentation. Real estate agents are competitive by nature and that sinking feeling of not getting a listing is something we all do not want to feel the next time we go on one.
With listings presentations, you know you are going up against the big names in your area, the discount brokerages, more experienced agents, higher producing agents, and many times even other agents in your own office who offer the same brokerage to be listed with. Can you beat these folks at their game?….ABSOLUTELY!
As the CEO of Showing Suite and a licensed Real Estate broker, I am always trying to add products and features for real estate agents to use that they can beat all of the competitors. Now more than ever agents can be competitive with technology. But, you can’t just show a bunch of technology to clients and expect to get their business. You need to show those prospective seller’s or buyer’s how you will provide them with the technology and how that technology is going to sell their homes faster, for the most money and provide a transparent process for them to monitor their sale and transaction. Those are the benefits most important to home sellers.
If you are in an MLS that offers tech solutions, those are good. Note, that I did not say great as the problem is that every board member agent has the same technology solution or is essence the same software for real estate professionals. You need to show prospects solutions and value that you have that the competition does not. Whether that is listing presentation software from us or another vendor who gives you that advantage. Show prospects the technology that the MLS offer, but also more importantly show them technology that is this better than the MLS has or others in your brokerage or other brokerages.
So, on your real estate listing presentations use screen shots concurrently with their respective benefits. Show them how you are DIFFERENT and BETTER than your competition. This is when you show your arsenal, so in case you are not the last agent presenting, your competitors will then come in and not offer the same tools that you do for their business.
