Book Showings Online Then Confirm via Email

Not only does Showing Calendar® allow showing agents to book showing appointments for your listings from your website, but you also have the ability to approve or deny the appointments by email.

Depending on the preferences you've set for the listing, the seller will also receive an email to approve or deny the appointment when buyer's agents book showing appointments for their property.

In addition to the confirmation emails sent when agents book showings, Showing Calendar® can send email reminders to the showing agent one hour before the showing they scheduled takes place. If you or the seller cancels a showing appointment, the system will automatically send a courtesy cancellation email to the showing agent to let them know.

All of the emails sent by Showing Calendar® have been composed to comply with the Federal CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 regulations to avoid being marked as spam. Additionally, we work with major ISPs and real estate IT departments to ensure our IP numbers and email addresses are white listed.
