We’re always looking for ways to make Showing Suite better for you. When you suggest ways you think our software could be better, we hear you loud and clear. With our latest round of updates, we’ve added some new features and improvements that you have been asking us for.
Mobile Feedback “Thank You” Page Redesigned!
When one of your prospects of showing agents responds to a feedback request. We want them to feel comfortable with the page they will land on with answering your feedback questions. We continually go through to ensure the most friendly approach to your prospects and agents to show them how much their feedback is appreciated, and what they can have Showing Suite do for them as well.
Mobile App Login Menu Optimization
Our most recent update to our Showing Suite application on Android and iOS added an optimization to our login UI. Now, if a seller or prospect downloads Showing Suite, they will need to request a login from their Showing Suite agent, or enter their credentials. No more misclicks or unnecessary and confusing buttons. Showing Suite users will always know where to click to login to their Showing Suite account, and those that don’t have Showing Suite will learn about what Showing Suite can bring to the table for their listings.
Feedback Request Redesign for Desktop / Mobile
Just as with the “Thank You Page” for Feedback responses, we continually look for the most inviting and appealing designs to get your prospects to click on the feedback requests to respond to your questions. We maintain a nationwide average of 73% response rate, but we always strive to improve the open rate of our feedback requests and this newest design has defined call to action buttons on both ‘desktop’ and ‘mobile’ views of the feedback request. We definitely think you’ll enjoy this newest and cleanest look yet.
Showing Suite Help Center Main Page Redesign
Our Showing Suite Help Center has also improved and redesigned its’ main page as well, to make everything in our system more easily navigable, either through our search bar at the top, or through our major help sections below that.
We even have a “New to Showing Suite?” section which will help newcomers to the Showing Suite system to explain and detail some of our systems’ most beneficial features and how to best utilize them on your account.
Coming This Week: New Consolidated Welcome Emails!
New and coming this week is a fresh design with our new client welcome emails, providing the most important and vital information to the new Showing Suite user the very first time they sign up. Again, less confusion with your Showing Suite account, and more home selling! It’s a trend, and we’re always looking to improve on our product through these updates.
